In the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, a magical place, unspoiled and offering a true haven of peace. The restoration respects the architectural tradition of the region and enhances the large stone walls while bringing contemporary comfort. All those who are passionate about ecology, architecture, travel, outside sports and serenity will find comfort and ease within an area of 4220m2, with space for up to 12-15 people.

On the ground floor
The house has a footprint of 120m2. On the ground floor, there is a 50m2 living room with a fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen opens onto a west-facing terrace. The back of the kitchen serves as a pantry, storage, and cleaning space for dishes and clothes.

The House
The property gathers several dwellings, some occupied year-round. Each house has its private spaces, terraces and parking.
In 2021, the double beds were changed. We opted for a French manufacture, "hotel palace" class for good nights sleep. A bathroom-toilet on the top floor and a toilet on the ground floor have just been redone. Starting in September 2022, we are organizing weekend themed events around personal development and well-being and we are planning to open a second reception area.
On the ground floor, a large room of 56m2 is adapted to accommodate groups, if needed, wooden trays and trestles are made available to arrange a workspace or conviviality. Upstairs, children and adults can relax in the games room; a ping pong table and baby foot await you!
As soon as the sunny days arrive, it is beautiful and nice to enjoy the outdoor spaces that overlook a bucolic countryside, and eat outside.
First floor
The first floor houses two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and the games room.

On the ground floor, the Rose bedroom measures 13 m2, it has a 140x190 cm bed. A French window overlooks the courtyard of the property. It is accessible from the inside for a person with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor, the Iris room measures 16m2, it is equipped with a bed of 160x190 cm and a bed of 90x190. A French window opens onto the courtyard of the property. The bathroom with WC serves these two bedrooms, it is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Cornflower Room | 1 Queen 1 Single
On the first floor, the Bleuet room measures 14 m2. It is equipped with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x140 cm bed. The view from the two windows gives the pond and the surrounding countryside. The bathroom is adjacent.
Peony Room | 2 Bunk Beds
On the first floor, the Pivoine room is equipped with 2 bunk beds. It is ideal for sleeping 4 children.

The garden
The luxuriant and green countryside of Normandy stretches as far as the eye can see. In the distance the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel points the end of its bell tower!
The pond
This small water point is a delight for children, bring the fishing rod you might get a bite!
The game room
This is a good opportunity to start a tournament! Ping-pong or table football, may the best win. If necessary, a few extra beds can be used in this room for sleeping in "dormitory" mode.
The outdoor space
The environment of the cottage offers a peaceful setting and full nature with 4200m2. Far from the bustle of big cities, it gives the possibility to meet up with family or friends without worrying about noise pollution! You can organize a festive event by contacting us beforehand, for specific conditions.
